Friends of my MIL moved in a few streets away recently, so I made them this card to welcome them. Though the stamp set is an oldie, it's a favourite of mine. Oh, and I added crystal effects to the windows and made the house in the middle pop, I masked the outer houses and used Shimmer Paint - a new love of mine.
